We will take bits of inspiration, lessons, and activities and propagate them all weekend long to support the growth of our passions and businesses.

What’s a mastermind cohort?

A mastermind cohort is a small, focused group of people—often entrepreneurs, creatives, or professionals—who meet regularly to support each other’s growth, share knowledge, brainstorm solutions, and stay accountable to goals. It’s a mix of peer mentoring and group coaching, usually guided by a facilitator or leader.

What You’ll Experience:
📣 Virtual Show and Tell: Start with a lively "show-and-tell" session where you’ll present your products or services to a supportive group of fellow entrepreneurs and creatives.
🎨 Creative Inspiration: Dive into hands-on art projects inspired by your business at our in person meet ups. Tap into your creative side to see your brand from a fresh perspective surrounded by the inspiring walls of the ArtBnb and main space at Propagate Studio.
📊 Build Your Business Strategy: Learn how to set achievable 90-day goals for your business across the four key pillars: sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Gain actionable insights to boost your success.
🤝 Mastermind Session: Get targeted advice on your biggest business challenges. Collaborate with like-minded entrepreneurs to find solutions and spark new ideas.
🎉 Fun and Connection: Enjoy games during our virtual and in person sessions and end our cohort with a potluck dinner at the end of the session.

You will also receive one private coaching session with Karen and Sam!


Timing:

First Zoom gathering July 7th @7pm

A google form will be sent out to confirm the timing for all subsequent workshops, zoom meetings, and final dinner. We will have 2 zoom sessions, 2 in person gatherings, and 1 personal zoom meeting

Meet Your Hosts:

Karen Auld

Karen is a serial entrepreneur.  Her first business, KC’s Casino, was an illegal roulette party she hosted in her backyard when she was seven.  Her experience of launching and selling businesses led her to an opportunity to teach and counsel at the NJ Small Business Development Center. She holds multiple certifications in coaching, facilitation and serves as the Chief Inspiration & Expansion Officer of Propagate Studio.  Karen is the host of The Imperfect Advocate podcast where she combines her love of mindset and environmental activism, inspiring her listeners that imperfect action is better than no action.

Sam Matthews

Sam is the colorful haired, chronically creative, silly goose, and creator of Propagate Studio. She has been using her creativity her whole life to craft her world and experiences. There are few artistic mediums she hasn’t tried but loves the scale of painting large murals down to the attention to detail needed to create mirco pottery. Sam believes everyone is a creative and often just needs the time, space, and materials to explore their own abilities and what sparks their creative joy. Through her many businesses and now Propagate Studio and the ArtBnb she is thrilled to create a unique space for people to people of all kinds to come and grow their creativity. 
Together Sam and Karen have created multiple workshops, events and their coloring book, Color Love and Kindness. Their shared mission of helping communities and saving the planet inspired them to create the Art Supply Thrift Pop-Up fundraising model. They have co-coached multiple small businesses in our community and have unique and helpful perspectives on how to support the creative entrepreneur. They love a good dance party and will definitely be busting some moves during their retreat.
